Hi there:
There are a lot of devices on the market that provide firewalling and
VPN termination capabilities (such as Check Point's VPN1 Edge/Pro,
Cisco ..to name a few). When it comes to token authentication (such
as SecureID from RSA), these boxes provide the necessary support to
integrate with external token authentication servers such as ACE from
RSA.
I am looking for a device that has a built in token authentication
engine. When remote users connect to the box (the VPN terminating
device), there would be no need for the box to convey token
authentication data to/from an external server such as ACE. This box
would just generate and authenticate the token ID by itself from it's
internal authentication engine.
Any idea?
Thank you,
Robert.
