If your web mail is secure, no problem. If it's not then a high port
number won't protect it. I'd go ahead--I don't think your risk
changes appreciably in either case. If port 80 in particular makes
you nervous for some reason, you can always put it on 443 which most
firewalls/proxies/etc. will let though also.
