I'm in the US. Joking aside: Far as I can see, the Canadians have the
same attitude in favor of intrusive government as the city "Liberals"
(they aren't liberals). There's enough of that in the US already, IMO.
4thA: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, papers,
and effects..." allowed the US to become the wealtheist nation on the
planet. I think that's on topic for computer security.
"Sensible compromise for the public good" is the gravest danger the US
faces.
