Security Standards development efforts?

Hi all;

I received (and then promptly, accidentally deleted) an ITSec
newsletter Email about 3 weeks ago that requested help with ITSec
standards development. I cannot recall who posted it and what
organization it was from.

However, I would like to reply. I have about 20 years of IT standards
development and application background on top of about 19 years ITSec
experience.

I know this is very vague, but if you can identify who may have posted
this general call to ITSec professionals, please reply by Email or
post here.
