]I for one would rather you just deleted the message rather than forwarding it
]on. What good does it do to let someone know that they were the target of
]of this type of virus ? With a virus which just attaches itself to a legitimate
]mail someone sent out it makes sense but not this type of virus.
Agreed most heartily. I think that sites which pass on the "cleaned"
email are almost as guilty as the virus writer. It is complete
irresponsibility.
If the post office gets an anthrax filled letter, do they feel that it
is their duty to clean the envelope and then send the cleaned envelope
on to the recipient? No. You destroy the envelope and its contents.
]There may be legal reasons why ALL mail may have to be delivered in some
]countries - I believe this maybe the case in Germany - but this isn't the case
]in most countries.
