Urgent......how to get rid of these Viruses

Urgent......how to get rid of these Viruses

I have Win Me 733 Mhz PC with 20GB 128 RAM

I found 3 viruses but AVG and Housecall cannot remove them.
They say access denied. Cannot be removed.

it is a worm opa servk or I-worm/opas

and the file is C:\_restore\temp\AO192856

The other 2 viruses are similar.

I tried manually deleting it but I get an error message:
Cannot delete. Source file may be in use. Cannot access.

But I am not using any files...

Why can't these files be deleted ?

How can I get rid of these Viruses ?
