What probably happened is Windows detected the modified system files and
wants to swap them out with good ones.

Firstly, If you don't want to see that CD popup again, give the Win 2k CD
when it asks for it.
Secondly, if you don't think your currently AV cleaned up properly, then it
would be a good idea to use a second one just to be sure. Do this before
you do anything else.
