Yes, I find it quite offensive to have to pay 30 smackaroos for a pdf!
Has it gotten to the point where the greed of publishers is so great that
they don't want to print books, pay for shipping those books or for shelf
space?
Very offensive behavior indeed!
By the way, this particular pdf is probably worth $2.95, so th price is only
off by a factor of ten.
