If I knew or could find the details...don't you think I
would have posted them??? I am relying on aging brain
cells here. I remember (as someone else did) that there
was a TV news magazine show coverage of the incident
a year or so after it happened. They talked with the
pilot and partly focused on how this had disrupted
his life.
