"Double Hop" PCAnywhere?

We'd like to have an external host be able to PCAnywhere to a computer
with a private IP address which in turn would be able to access a
system of interest via PCAnywhere.

So, we need to know whether PC Anywhere can be both "client" and
"server" at the same time.
