Sure, as long as a) MS keeps putting out buggy software, and b) people
keep not installing security patches.

How do they trace them? All it takes is one release, probably from a
hacked computer somewhere in the world. After that it is on its own.
Just like the viruses in germ warfare. Develop ai virulent virus which does not
kill its host ( at least not quickly), release it in an airport, and it
then does the work for you.
