Intense School, IMHO, is an excellent organization. Their CISSP course
is very good. Shon Harris' book is the best I've seen, but it isn't
perfect and it wouldn't hurt to have other references. The SRV books
that come with the course had a very limited value. Many of the
questions and answers were obtuse and inconsistent. The wording of the
questions were somewhat similar to the vagueness of the questions on
the CISSP exam, but the SRV books gave me the impression that they
were written highly effective academic with little practical
experience.
Look up Robert Slades reviews of these texts - having used both of
them I can concur with his opinions on these particular texts.
