Bret,
I took the week long ISC2 course last year and found it to be interesting.
Some of the lectures are a bit dry but in all it was useful. They also give
you a book and a practice test at the end of the week so you know where your
at knowledge wise. Between the course and study guide I bought I was able to
pass it on the first try, so I would recommend taking the training if you
need help in certain domains.
Good Luck,
