CISSP Training Courses?

I'm preparing for the CISSP exam and will take a course to brush up on a few
domains that I'm not familiar with.

Does anyone have experience good/bad/indifferent with training courses? The
three under consideration are SANS, Intense School and ISC2, but I would
appreciate other suggestions.
