Larger and larger as you wait longer, and longer, infinitely large
if you wait infinitely long.
Either that or 1/f does not hold over all frequencies. On the
high frequency end there is a point where 1/f get's so small
that only white noise is measured. Maybe there is a limit at
the low frequency end as well, but nobody has found it. If it's
below the limit set by the age of the universe, we might have to
wait a very long time before we can measure it.
