When you consider the damage that a hacker might do to your system, don't
forget that one meaning of hacker includes "insane lunatic with large axe".

Security revolves around two key facts, only the first of which is generally
remembered:
1. Unauthorised users must be prevented from having access to the data.
2. Authorised users must be provided with access to the data.

Physical access should be limited at all times, not just to prevent theft and
inspection of data, but also to prevent destruction of same.
