Okay, so if you are certain that David wasn't objecting to your assertion that
"iptables... it's a mess", then he must have been objecting to something else.
 Do you think it could possibly be the only other thing he wrote about there,
namely that you quoted a couple of hundred lines in order to add _one_ of your
own? I know it always pisses me off when I have to scroll through a bunch of
quoted text, just to read an insignificant, and largely unhelpful, comment
somewhere near the end. I can only imagine what fun it is for someone stuck
at a text-based newsreader that doesn't colour quotes!
