When I get calls from them its about 90% user error, but that doesn't
detract from the fact that I've had dial-up users that were hacked. A
fully patched OS is only as good as the person using W98 and having Open
Shared on an unprotected internet account :)
Even the people that run W2K and XP, when developing web sites (they are
developers) run the risk, they expose/install IIS, etc, and don't
remember to lock it down.
It's not "if", but when, when you use an unsecured connection.
