Ohh yeah, before someone answers the question.
Turns out my boss wants a 3des key which does the
following. Its a key which will be stored in a xml file
for verification.
16 pos key forward space same 16 dig key backwards space then 9-16 of first
string followed by 1-8 of the first string.
