I'm not quite sure if I understnad you, but I think you are trying to get
log data to a Unix syslog?
Unicenter ( www.ca.com) can be used to monitor logs or error from most
system, or Tivoli ( www.tivoli.com ) and Big Brother ( www.bb4.com)
