I haven't used it for a while, but I think that in a package called
dsniff there is a web monitor. You run it on your PC and it watches a
chosen HTTP connection and makes the netscape browser on your machine go
to the same sites the target user is going to. So the browser on your
machine shows a mirror of what he is doing. Images etc are cached as usual.
