Bother. I forgot about those. Laplink, USB Lans, parallel port
external devices ... in that case we should add any sort of PC card
slot (Modem, WiFi) to the list and any IR ports as well. And the
keyboard, this could be used to enter code as well.
I suspect OP will by now have got the idea that it can be done, but it
makes the PC unusable...........
