Hello Andy,

The MAC addresses for both NICs and APs can be easily changed. Some cards
come with the MAC address as part of the configuration parameters. For those
that don't, you can simply add a line to the registry to define the MAC
address.

Using 128 bit WEP will slow down an attack, but it will not prevent it. You
need to make sure that the system is architected with other security as
well, at the very least use a VPN into the network.

Even with a VPN, the wireless still has vulnerabilities. A lot of
information is available on the internet regarding wireless[in]security.
