That is up to your employer, who owns the PC. A prudent employer will
have very good reasons for monitoring the use an employee makes of
corporate equipment.

Yes. do a web search on the words residual, forensic, cookie,
cache....

Well, they would say that, wouldn't they. Weirdness is probably not
due to monitoring, any self-respecting monitoring software would not
give itself away.
