In the corporate world, this translates to "impatience with procedure", and
"unhappiness at restrictions". Some companies restrict their employees'
privileges to the point where it is difficult to do their job; other times,
the employee wants a privilege that is not part of their job (e.g. the ability
to check their personal mail from work). Rather than ask for such privileges
to be instated, or use what they have available, such employees often find it
more efficient to work their way around the system.

Then of course there's the traditional internal fraudsters, and the
disgruntled employee. Adolescent males are by no means the only thing that a
company needs to protect against, and may often not even be the biggest.
