Yes, when her politics affects her technical evaluation. She took a
look and said a crypto chip was technically good when it patently
wasn't. Either she was so incompetent she failed to notice all the
glaring flaws, or her politics so influenced her that she signed off
on it knowing the technical flaws. Either way her technical credibility
suffers badly.
