True - but by packet sniffing at any point in time - 1. You won't get
the comprehensive list of all users and 2. The password hash while
travelling would be different from the encryption used for the
password file itself (Correct me if I am wrong). Here, the discussion
was more focussed to brute forcing the password file itself
