Dear Bill,
Thank's for your comment
I would like to add my opinion, if the reporting is mandatory, then
what's the next action that law can take to protect the victims as
well. Will by making the cybercrime reporting mandatory be able to
solve the problems? Then, if the cybercrime is reported, how is about
the privacy issue?
If there is one claims the benefits of reporting for insurance
purposes, how can we guarantee that an insurance company will be able
to cover all lost resulted from this cybercrime which is uncertain and
unlimited?
Any comments would be appreciated
