Blowfish is an algorithm, PGP is a software that uses various
algorithms.

Twofish is a double blowfish. And PGP can use Twofish, Blowfish or
Rijndael.

But it doesn't use keys bigger than 448 bits for symmetric encryption
- you're confusing it with RSA and DH, which are also used in PGP.
