    What on earth are you babbling about? Care to explain what concern for

    No, I consider the concept that anyone, particularly a police officer
    using martial force, asserting that an *adult* is not fully capable of
    assigning risk to his own actions and acting accordingly to be most
    certainly absurd. Do you have no concept of the potential for abuse
    here? Has everything I've written slipped right past you?
