this isn't easy to do. once google begins caching the site others won't
have to view it directly, but that can take a while (weeks or months)
and that sounds too long for you. ssl is an option, but it would be
possible for the company to detect those connections, including who
originated it. so it's probably best if people don't use it from the
office.
others can use the anonymous remailer network to send things to the
site, and you can use it to respond to them. (be careful, a "worker"
giving you a juicy bit of dirt might really be an investigator for the
company, so always use e-mail and only use multiple remailer hops, even
if that takes time and is somewhat prone to failure.)

there are always risks.

yahoo certainly embodies these two, but it's not really very secure.
