Does it help if I note that the local city council can nay-say any alterations
I care to make to my house, they can inspect them for safety, and in some
cases, how well they fit in the neighbourhood; or that my local neighbourhood
association prevents me from parking a boat (should I have one) in my
driveway, and is currently trying to remove the various basketball nets that
appeared outside some of my neighbours' houses?
Analogies such as this are somewhat useless.
Alun.
