Are you referring to the popup from:
Netscape 4.x
Netscape 6.x
Mozilla
Opera
Internet Explorer
Galeon
Konqueror
Lynx
Links
Mosaic
Omniweb
or some other browser, any of which you can't control since /it's not
your software/ and the only thing it has to do with your website is
getting the address of the file? (At which point it can do whatever it
wants.)
(Besides, what do you want them to do with it; just sit and stare?)
