   True, but I find that BID is really all I need at this time on the
Window$ side of things. I was never really happy with the user interface on
ZA, (admittedly a silly reason for not using something of such reputable
quality) and I am pretty comfortable with my configuration and protection
level with Black Ice. I mainly use it to look at who is trying what against
my machines more than anything else. I configure my systems to be as secure
as possible before they ever sniff a packet from the internet and follow the
basics.....
  Yes I know this post seems to contradict that last statement since I am
using <sarcasm>the ever so secure </sarcasm> Outlook Express, but that is
due to the fact that it is my work machine and I have no say on what can be
installed on it. But at least we are allowed to patch these puppies on a
regular basis....
