I am a network administrator at a school district in California. We
just recently received a new lab of 26 computer and each computer has
Windows 2000 Professional. Are primary domain server is still Windows
NT 4.0. We have a student population of about 500 and each student
has to log into the computer systems in order to access there
networked foler. The probelm I am having is when they logon the
computer automatically logs each account in the "Documents and
Settings" folder. Obviously this could become a problem. If anyone
knows how I can go about disabling this feautre I would appreachate
it.

Thanks,

Ricky

... If you are the network administrator, then when you drew from all your knowledge and experience to thoroughly and competently assess the issue before you posted this question, you observed that the pop up balloon appears when printing from any application, not just from Word, so you accurately concluded that the setting that controls the pop up balloon is more likely to be found in Windows than in Word. ...
