NETBIOS.DLL file found in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder

Does Anyone know if the NETBIOS.DLL file found in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM
folder should have VERSION detail.

Do a search For Files or Folders for NETBIOS. or got to WINDOWS\SYSTEM
folder and Right click on the file and view the properties. In my copy
of NETBIOS.DLL there is NO VERSION DETAILS!

Should there be?
