Also bear in mind authentication and integrity. As you point out, when you
send an MSN message you cannot be sure it hasn't been read by an
unauthorised party on your network, the other company's network, or someone
inbetween; however you also cannot be sure that the message you've received
is the message you were sent, or that the message you've received actually
came from the sender it seems to come from.

Apart from that MSN is fine ;)
