You should be able to close this off with a simple
(weeellllll.....ish) IPSEC filter that is prebuilt into the OS.
Good instructions for doing this are in Hacking W2K Exposed.

Be warned, if you are going to use this to block the port, you will
need to edit a registry key to ensure that you can't bypass it by
connecting via the Kerberos source port. Instructions for doing this
are in Hacking W2K Exposed, sorry I don't have the registry key (or
book) to hand as both are at work and I'm not.
