As far as I know, the only way to chain proxy servers together is by
configuring one proxy server to send its requests to another proxy server,
there's nothing you can do in your client to tell Proxy A to talk to Proxy B
so that's the host that makes the connection to website C.
You can chain web based proxies together simply by including the relevant
URLs one after the other in a long URL in your client, however the latency
will tend to generate an unusable connection.
