CHINANET

ESET firewall has been reporting daily port scans from 58.218.199.147, 58.218.199.250 and at least two other IP's all related to CHINANET, Beijing, for a month or so.

What is going on here? Is this happening to anyone else in comp.security.firewalls, and is this an exploit I should be concerned about?
