Aside from the fact that it's even properly support the RFC from the Mail Message format, there're a dozen of real mail clients for Windows. Neither did your statement bring any accuse for the inherent security flaws which make it unsuitable for usage in almost any scenario; much less does it stop anyone from simply exploiting it.
