VPN with delay

hi,
i'm going to set-up an OpenVPN server with routed mode (tun).
One of the criteria for the user of the VPN is that each connection can only last 20 minutes.
I don't know if i may specify that in the OpenVPN configuration or iptables or something else.
Could you please help me about that ?
