Hello,
I have a DLINK DSL-G624T router. This router has the ip
of 192.168.1.1 and I am having problems to send DNS MX
requests to this address. Previously I had a Belkin modem
and my smtp server did work.
In my experience many consumer routers have lousy DNS forwarding
implementations. Simple solution: Don't use it. Query your ISP's DNS server
directly, or any other server, or setup your own one.
