Have a symantec firewall appliance that is giving me an error when trying to VPN

I've got a symantec 360r firewall appliance that has been set up for
the last nine months. As late as december 22nd, I could VPN to the
company network from my home laptop, which has the VPN client software
on it. For the last two weeks I am getting an

Error which states:
The server rejected the ISAKMP security association. Make sure the
Phase 1 ID's, the shared key, and the IKE policy are correct.
Terminating the operation.

I don't believe that I have changed any server settings. Doe anyone
have any suggestions?

Thanks.
