My sysadmin told me he thought it was UDP port 500. What I don't
understand is why the rule

iptables -A FORWARD -i eth1 -o eth0 -j ACCEPT

Isn't sufficient to cover everything? That will forward all protocols
and all ports, right? Or am I misunderstanding something?
