Are you saying that using the links at that site that lead toward the
Advanced Port Scanner couldn't determine your IP? The advanced port
scanner would be able to let you select one specific port to test and
how you wanted to test it, with TCP connect or TCP syn type.
That doesn't sound right. What about http://www.whatismyip.com or
similar.
A website has to see the IP you look like or it can't send you its
webpage.
