[Zone Alarm] Block list

I'm trying to load a block list in ZA Pro 5.
Once I created the block list and I pressed the button "Restore" in
Overview/Preferences/Backup_and_Restore_Security_Settings, the firewall
shows a window with a progress bar, but after several hours the loading
process is still running. Unfortunately this happens also with small block
lists; what's wrong?
