Ok finally fixed the problem after hours or troubleshooting. I figured
it out by removing all services which are not from windows, and
finally found that when the sevice from cisco vpn cvpnd.exe was
running that is when I got the stealth mode. After further
investigating I noticed that in the VPN client options there was an
option called "statefull firewall(always on)" by removing that little
%&^% checkmark whamo everything works great.
Thanks to all who helped and hopefully this will help others.
