Check the ZA logs and manual to figure out what it is doing and why it
is blocking the traffic. Try asking ZA support if you don't find and
tell them how to improve there manual/help files/online-support pages.
Otherwise just deinstall ZA if it so hard to understand and makes
problems like you have. I suppose your "network router" is a NAT router,
so you are protected anyway...
