Hogwash. Any firewall administrator can block access to any list of
sites he/she pleases without blocking access to everything. Even with a
simple rule such as:
Allow HTTP LAN to Universe
There's nothing stopping you from adding:
Block HTTP LAN to ShitList
and then just keep adding objectionable FQDN's and IP addresses to the
list. Problem solved.
And, your figure skating TV watching would certainly show up on any
traffic report fast enough to be shut down real quick.
